Management Team

Security Manager

Aggrey Gumisai Mutasa holds an MSc in Peace, Leadership and  Conflict Resolution (ZOU) and a Bachelor of Business in Economics & Finance (RMIT Melbourne). He has done several Security and Risk Management courses including Security Practice & Management with International Learning Centre, (Group 4 Securitas, UK) and a Diploma in Security in Risk Management with CACC, Zim. Mr Mutasa joined the company at inception in 2006 and comes with a wealth of knowledge in the security and auditing sectors. He was responsible for setting up the security division at NWPM and the NWSS which  has which now grown tremendously. He is responsible for the overall 24hr coverage at Joina City and other sites. Prior to being at Joina City, Aggrey was with Zimnat in the internal audit team, and with Harare Metropolitan Police as a Superintendent.

 

Security Operations Manager

Nason Gwenzi is responsible for operations and administration of  NWSS. He holds several qualifications including Business and Advanced Security Training. Nason has over 25 years of experience in the security sector, and has worked for several companies as a security manager and consultant
